If there is a requirement to create accounts for access to the portal this can be done without the aid of your accounting office.
Please use the following instructions:
- If necessary select the client for who you are creating the new account
Select: Portal Management -> My users
Select: Create new client user
You have now opened "Portal management Create new client user: Personalia".
- Input as much information as is known about this person
- In order to create a new user you have to provide at least the person's Last name
- When done inputting the information click on Next in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
The next screen is "Portal management: Create new client user"
- You will see a proposed user name - which you can modify yourself - this is the username that the person will use to log into the portal
- A valid e-mail adres is required to create the new client user
- When done, select "Next" at the bottom right hand side of the screen
The next screen is "Portal management: Rights (=permissions)"
- This is where you can specifiy user rights and permissions for modules and applications
- It is possible to grant the user all of the rights (this makes the user a "superuser" and he/she will have access to all modules and applications in the portal) or you can select specific modules and/or applications to grant permission to the user
- When done, select "Next" at the bottom right hand side of the screen
The next screen is "Portal management: Clients"
- The new user automatically has access to the selected client. In this screen it is possible to give the user access to additional clients both business and private - place a check mark next to the client you want to give the user access to.
- When done, select "Next" at the bottom right hand side of the screen
The next screen is "Portal management: Communication"
- You can specify here from which modules the new user receives mail and also general mail from the portal Client Online
- When done, select "Next" at the bottom right hand side of the screen
The next screen is "Portal management: Finalise"
- You will see a summary of the user information that you have created using the wizard, if you need to make changes use the blue button on the right to go back
- If everything is the way you want it then you can click on "Save"
Your colleague will shortly receive an e-mail with login details including the password.
