It is possible to grant approval rights to users such that they are only able to review and approve certain company documents. In order to make changes you require a PIN code - please contact your office if you have not already received this code.
1. From the home page go to Portal Management and then select My clients
2. Put a checkmark next to the company you want to edit
3. Click on Edit at the bottom of the page
4. Click on Approval rights
There are different types of permissions that can be granted to the user for each document:
View -> The user can review but not approve the document.
Optional -> It is possible for this user to review and approve the document. When there are multiple users who have "optional" permission to approve a document, the document will be sent to out when the first users has approved the document (in practice this means that one or the other user can approve the document)
Required -> This document type has to be approved by one or more users before it is sent out. For example if a document has to be signed off by multiple officers or directors of a company before it can be released or filed with the government or regulatory agency.
None -> The user has no access to this document type, which in practice means that the user cannot see it in the portal.
5. Give the user the correct approval rights for each type of document. Enter the PIN code for this client and click on "Save changed approval rights"
